I have had considerable experience over the past two decades of dealing with and advising the owners of “Family run” or SME type businesses. I am experienced in helping the directors, senior managers and owners of the business integrate their personal and family needs with those of the business. Over this period I have also needed to keep these same clients up to date on the many changes in pension’s legislation which continues to affect the retirement planning of Directors, senior managers and employees.

When devising and agreeing any financial plan with clients, my advice will be tailored to help deliver the client’s aims and aspirations for themselves, their family and their business. Over any time period there may be changes in a client’s circumstances and therefore it is vital to regularly review and monitor whether the client’s financial aims are “on track” and if not to take the necessary steps to rectify the situation.
