My career, now spanning in excess of 15 years, has been dedicated to helping others make the most of their money and realise their financial goals.

I started as a Financial Adviser in 1994, working for a well known Investment Company in South Africa. I enjoyed five successful years at that institution and eventually relocated to the United Kingdom in 1999. I then began working for one of the most recognised High Street banks in the UK, gaining numerous qualifications, and providing financial advice over the following 10 years.

In 2009, I realised that I could provide clients with a better service and the best possible advice by setting up my own practice and becoming a Partner of the
St. James's Place Partnership. Now, as the Principal of Hawthorne Wealth Management, I promote the development of lifelong relationships with clients, helping them create a secure financial future for themselves and their families.

Outside of my working life, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two young daughters. We tour with our caravan regularly and love canoeing in the South of France! My long term hobby is keeping tropical fish, although at present I have a few very large goldfish in my tank!

I enjoy meeting new clients, building lasting relationships and providing advice on an ongoing basis. I look forward to hearing from you!
