In addition to the preparation of your Will, we also explore ways in which to mitigate any potential Inheritance Tax liabilities, which can potentially save the Estate tens of thousands of pounds.

Furthermore, RCA Will Writing Service also meets with the Executors, Trustees and Attorneys to ensure that they are fully aware of their potential responsibilities.

How Our Service Works

We will visit you at home to take your full instructions. These can include specific bequests to charities, family and friends and the inheritance of the balance of your Estate. We will also guide you to the use of Trust Planning to mitigate or avoid potential Inheritance Tax and to safeguard as much of your estate for your family as possible.

We will then prepare your Will and forward this to you for your perusal. Once your Will has been signed and witnessed you can either retain the Will or return it to our Professional Storage Facility.

It is important to be aware that Wills are unlike other documents, such as Share certificates or Bank statements, and are not held on computer file or registry. In the event of being lost, damaged or destroyed they will need to be rewritten. You may also wish for them to be held elsewhere for privacy reasons. Our Professional Storage Facility is easily accessible for your beneficiaries and whoever deals with probate.
