St. James's Place plc was founded in 1991 under the name of the J. Rothschild Assurance Group by Mike Wilson, Sir Mark Weinberg and Lord Rothschild and
is a provider of a wide and growing range of financial services of outstanding quality.
Listed on the London Stock Exchange, the company
has grown strongly and consistently with funds under
management now amounting to £22.4 billion.
The company is made up of the following areas:

- St. James's Place Bank*
- St. James's Place International based in Dublin
- St. James's Place Unit Trust Group
