Heather is the Practice’s Office Manager and is truly the backbone of the business. Heather ensures that the business runs smoothly and will often be in touch with clients to confirm that they’re happy with their portfolio and arranging reviews where necessary

Julie Wright - Administrator

Julie deals with new business submission, follow-up queries, together with providing ‘client servicing’ support. As with the whole team, her emphasis is to ensure a reply is received to all telephone calls, emails and correspondence within 24 hours.
