Stephen started his Financial Services career in 1990. Back in 1997 he joined what was then J. Rothschild Assurance plc, backed by Lord Rothschild, Sir Mark Weinberg and Mike Wilson.

J. Rothschild Assurance plc then developed and became
St. James's Place Wealth Management.
