My early experience was in the world of commerce where I was instrumental in growing and developing businesses in several different areas including Fashion, Travel and Health. I realised early in my career that my main interests lay with the financial structure and forward planning that must underpin all successful businesses. From there, it was a natural progression to move into personal financial services, where I could see the benefits to the individual of skilled advice and implementation .

I am a Founder Senior Partner of the St. James's Place Partnership (formerly The J. Rothschild Partnership), joining in December 1991, just prior to launch.

Whilst my practice deals with all aspects of finance and wealth management I have continued to build my specialist areas of Trust* and Estate Planning, together with Investment Planning. As well as my portfolio of personal clients I enjoy working with a number of corporate clients who appreciate the benefit and importance of regular, goal-focused financial planning which naturally integrates with their personal aims and intentions.

Other specialties of the practice are within the increasingly complex field of retirement planning, residential and commercial mortgages, project and structured finance.
