Andrew Swann

Andrew’s career in Financial Services started in 1988 when he joined Pearl Assurance, initially as a financial adviser then as an Area Manager. In 1996, Andrew left Pearl Assurance to join his family's firm as an Independent Financial Adviser. He became a Director of the company in 2004 before setting up Swann Financial Consultancy with long term colleagues Simon & Peter in 2006.

Simon Pigott

Simon started in Financial Services in 1992 with CIS where he later gained his FPC qualifications in 1996. Simon then joined Pearl Assurance as an Area Manager before joining Mike Swann Financial Management Ltd as an IFA in 1998. Simon left in 2006 to set up Swann Financial Consultancy following an invitation to join the prestigious St. James's Place Partnership.

Peter Cooling

Peter started his Financial Services career in 1984 when he joined Pearl Assurance as an Area Sales Manager. In 1989 he joined Mike Swann Financial Management Ltd as an IFA and was appointed a Director in 2005 before accepting an invitation from St. James's Place to join Swann Financial Consultancy in conjunction with Andrew and Simon.
