Tony Hannigan - Principal Partner - Tony started his career with Sun Alliance before moving to Sun Life, where he became the manager of the Brighton office by 1994. In 1995 he decided, with two of his friends and colleagues, Susan Bartlett and Mark Savile-Barton who has now retired, to open their own financial services company, Wellesley Wealth Advisory, which has grown to become one of the most successful in the St. James's Place Partnership. Tony specialises in Estate and Tax Planning and Pensions

Susan Bartlett - Susan joined Sun Alliance in 1991 and subsequently moved to Sun Life. In 1995 she, Tony Hannigan and a now retired colleague decided to start their own financial services company, Wellesley Wealth Advisory. Susan specialises in investment and inheritance tax planning, and is also a motivational speaker, having lectured for various insurance companies in the Life Assurance Association.

Stephen Gabbitas - Stephen Joined Cheltenham & Gloucester Building Society in 1986 and over his career with them held a range of senior positions, culminating in him overseeing the successful merger with Lloyds TSB. He then joined an Independent Financial Advisory practice in Hove, before being invited to join
St. James's Place and Wellesley Wealth Advisory. He specialises in Investments, Tax planning & Long Term Care.

Ian Howard - Ian started his career with Prudential in Chichester. This was followed by spells managing teams in Southampton and Jersey with United Friendly Assurance, before joining Midland Bank Financial Services in 1995. In 2000, Ian chose to specialise in Corporate Financial Planning with HSBC and he was one of their top advisors until 2006, when he joined Wellesley Wealth Advisory, where he now specialises in Corporate planning, Investments, Pensions and Long Term Care.

Richard Rochford - Richard began his career in 1994 with Alliance & Leicester. In 1996 he became a Financial Advisor, becoming a Branch manager in 2002 and then, subsequently, an Area manager. In 2005 Richard joined Portman Building Society as a Financial Advisor . He joined Wellesley Wealth Advisory in 2008 specialising in Investment, Tax and Pension Planning.

Jason Adams - Jason joined Lloyds Bank 17 years ago. He worked his way through the many roles within the bank to become a Personal Bank Manager. In 1997 Jason moved into financial planning as an Advisor with Barclays Life and offered advice on investments, pensions and family protection. He then moved to Scottish Amicable, again offering general financial planning, before joining Wellesley Wealth Advisory in 2007 to look after new and existing clients.
