    We take time to consider your situation and needs in detail. We use this information to construct a full written report of our recommendations.

    This report will always be sent to you before our subsequent meeting for you to consider at your leisure.

    At our next meeting we will discuss our conclusions and recommendations with you, as well as answering your questions. We will then agree and prioritise what should be done and when.
