I joined St. James's Place in 1994 as a member of the Westerham management team. My responsibilities included acquisition of new joiners to St. James's Place, training and development of Partners, providing advice to individuals and businesses as well as mentoring other advisers. Westerham is now regarded as one of the most successful locations in the Company. I then took the decision to build my own Practice from the Westerham location.
