Henry has worked in financial services for over 15 years and founded Fortress Wealth Partnership LLP in 2008.
Since entering the personal financial services sector, Henry has always worked to provide the very finest services to his clients. Thorough and innovative, he meets the needs of those who want help in designing a successful financial strategy for their future. Henry concentrates on aiming to increase clients’ net asset value through a total return investment strategy. Often, by the use of sensible tax planning, he is able to achieve this goal whilst also reducing clients’ overall liability to Income and Inheritance Tax.
Henry lives in Hampshire with his wife Holly and two children Arthur and Margot. He enjoys golf and cycling but is terrible at both.
Joe has worked at Fortress Wealth Partnership since the summer of 2014 having previously worked as a Management Consultant. Since joining Fortress Wealth, Joe has managed the operations of the business and worked closely with existing clients.
Given his consultancy background, Joe brings a meticulous approach to financial planning as well as a strong focus on client outcomes thus ensuring results are aligned to client needs. He believes that the key to great financial planning is to truly understand his client’s objectives in order to build a long term strategy involving tax efficient investments and savings.
When not working Joe can often be found muttering about what a talented sportsman he could have been if it weren’t for his unfortunate injury record.

Jack enjoys the client relationships as much as the technical side of the industry. Jack is an all-round holistic financial planner driven by ensuring he satisfies his clients' financial goals.

James joined Fortress in October 2016 after studying Politics and Economics at the University of Kent where he gained a real interest in the financial world.

Owen joined Fortress Wealth Partnership in September 2016, having completed internships with a variety of large financial institutions. Owen has quickly taken a shining to the world of Wealth Management, and is studying towards his Diploma in Financial Planning with the aim of becoming an adviser in the near future.
Owen graduated in Geography from King’s College London, and was also chosen to incorporate a period of study abroad as part of an exchange program with the University of California. Rather than running along the golden beaches of Santa Barbara, he is now often seen running along the banks of Thames – regularly to and from work, a far cry from his time abroad.
Andrew was born and raised in Wellington and having studied Economics at University, quickly realised that he needed to move to the UK. New Zealand’s loss is Fortress Wealth Partnership’s gain - Andrew is currently our Client Services Manager, developing our computer-based client management system Curo, as well as providing support to the Advisers. Andrew is studying towards his Diploma in Financial Planning.
Andrew is a sport nut. He gained an ITF tennis world ranking as a junior in 2008, meaning he has been gradually getting worse ever since. If he isn’t making an attempt at a British accent around the office, he can be found on the golf course on the weekend, or having a jam in his all-Kiwi band.
