Richard Davenport has over 20 years' experience in financial services giving him an amazing experience in clients' circumstances, this allows him to match the right solution to the individual client needs.
Richard believes there is no 'one size fits all' solution and works closely with all clients to fully understand their needs.

Richard passionately believes that keeping up to date with changes in the marketplace is essential when advising clients. Planning for a secure future be it for yourself, your family or your business, is one of the most important steps you will ever take. Changes in your circumstances or the effects of inflation will require you to regularly review and act upon your financial situation. Richard believes that regular reviews with a trusted partner can go a long way in helping you meet your short and long-term needs.
Richard is a member of the Equity Release Council, a specialist qualification in advice for lifetime mortgages.
Prior to being invited to join St. James's Place Richard has had a very successful career with Halifax Bank in management and mortgage advice, Cheshire Building Society in regional management and Post Office Money spearheading a team of mortgage advisers across the North West.
