Caspar Hill has been awarded the title Accredited Financial Education Specialist by St. James’s Place Wealth Management. This means they can provide high-quality, non-branded money management workshops to young people, and can do so at no cost to the school.
To achieve this, Caspar Hill has completed online modules to support their delivery of financial education (FE) to young people; module topics included effective classroom management, safeguarding, and inclusion. They have also had experience delivering accredited resources to young people and have been professionally assessed as delivering these to a consistently high standard.
Financial education is an area of high importance – from piggy banks to pensions, money is a significant part of everyday life at any age. Research from The Money Advice Service indicates that money saving habits can be set by the age of 7; so, when it comes to learning about finances, it’s crucial to instil good habits as young as possible and not to forget the financial education needs of older students.
Schools and organisations often recognise that they need outside help when it comes to teaching about money, and we feel we can help provide this.
